"User", "Candidate", "Client" refers to any individual or entity accessing our website or using our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are submitting information on behalf of a minor for study abroad services, you confirm that you are the legal guardian or have obtained appropriate consent.

3. Service Description

Care2 Training Limited provides the following services:

• International job placement and recruitment services
• Study abroad consulting and university admissions support
• Visa and immigration guidance
• Document preparation and compliance support
• Pre-departure and post-arrival orientation

4. Application Process & Representations

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all applications and enquiries. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in immediate termination of services and may result in legal action. You are responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted are genuine and authentic.

5. No Guarantee of Employment or Admission

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Care2 Training Limited does not guarantee job placement, university admission, or visa approval. Employment and admissions decisions are made solely by employers and educational institutions. Visa decisions are made by the respective government immigration authorities. Our role is to facilitate, guide, and maximise your chances of success.

6. Fees & Payment

All applicable fees will be disclosed in writing before any service is rendered. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for all government fees, visa application fees, medical examination fees, and travel costs, which are separate from our service fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Care2 Training Limited and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Care2 Training Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Care2 Training Limited for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Care2 Training Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable laws.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in London, UK, and if mediation fails, to binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

Care2 Training Limited reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
