Canada Francophone Mobility Programme
The Francophone Mobility Programme (FMP) is a Canadian immigration initiative designed to attract French-speaking foreign workers to provinces and territories outside Quebec. It allows eligible candidates to obtain a work permit without requiring a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).

Requirements
- French CLB 5 (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
- Valid passport (min. 6 months validity)
- Police clearance certificate
- Medical examination by IRCC-approved physician
Salary & Benefits
Starting salaries range from CAD 28,000 - 38,000 per year depending on role and province. Many employers offer subsidised accommodation, health insurance, and overtime. After 1 year, candidates may be eligible for permanent residency via Provincial Nominee Programmes (PNPs).
From Work Permit to Permanent Residency
After working in Canada for one year under the FMP, you may become eligible for permanent residency through Provincial Nominee Programmes (PNPs) or the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) under Express Entry. Many of our candidates transition to PR within 18-24 months of their initial arrival.
