Refund Policy
Recruitment (Jobs Abroad)
Our recruitment services are free for candidates. No refund policy applies as no fees are collected from job seekers. If an employer engagement is terminated, we will rematch the candidate at no cost.
Study Abroad Consulting
Full refund available if no university applications have been submitted within 30 days of payment. 50% refund if applications are submitted but no offers are received. No refund once a university offer is accepted. All refunds are processed within 14 business days.
