Job Seekers

The FMP is a Canadian immigration pathway that allows French-speaking foreign nationals to obtain an employer-specific work permit without requiring an LMIA. Candidates must demonstrate French language proficiency at CLB 5 or higher. Roles are typically in hospitality, food service, and general labour outside Quebec.
No. The Canada FMP does not require IELTS. It requires French language proficiency at CLB 5 minimum (equivalent to intermediate level). If you do not have a formal French test, we can guide you to recognised testing centres.
Our NZ employer network covers construction, logistics, hospitality, retail, agriculture, and aged care support. All roles require a valid job offer from an accredited employer. We match your skills and experience to suitable vacancies in our network.
For Canada FMP, a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is typically required. For New Zealand, requirements vary by role and ANZSCO code. Skilled roles may require 2-3 years, while semi-skilled roles may accept 1 year or less with training.
Some employer partners provide subsidised or company accommodation for the first 1-3 months. Others provide a housing allowance. This is specified in your employment contract before you travel. We also provide a settlement guide with tips for finding long-term housing.
Canada FMP typically takes 3-6 months from application to arrival. New Zealand employer visas take 4-8 months. These timelines include document verification, employer matching, visa processing, and pre-departure preparation.

Students

We work with a broad network of UK universities including Russell Group institutions, red-brick universities, and modern universities with strong employability records. We match you to institutions based on your academic profile, budget, and career goals rather than pushing specific partners.
Italian public universities charge between EUR 900-4,000 per year for international students. Private institutions range from EUR 6,000-20,000. Living costs vary by city: Milan and Rome are higher (EUR 1,000-1,500/month), while smaller cities like Bologna or Turin are more affordable (EUR 700-1,000/month).
Yes. We maintain an updated database of scholarships for international students in both the UK and Italy. This includes government scholarships (e.g., Italian Government Scholarships), university-specific bursaries, and external funding sources. We guide you through the application process for each.
In the UK, Student Route visa holders can work up to 20 hours per week during term time and full-time during holidays. In Italy, international students can work up to 20 hours per week (1,040 hours per year) with a valid residence permit. We provide guidance on finding compliant part-time work.
The UK Graduate Route allows international students who complete an eligible degree to stay and work in the UK for 2 years (3 years for PhD graduates) without requiring employer sponsorship. This is a significant advantage for students seeking global work experience after graduation.
UK university admissions typically span 6-9 months from initial enquiry to enrolment. Italy study visas generally take 4-7 months. These timelines include document preparation, application submission, offer acceptance, visa application, and pre-departure orientation.

Employers

We enter into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with employer partners. We handle candidate sourcing, initial screening, document verification, and pre-arrival orientation. Employers receive pre-qualified candidates who are legally ready to work, reducing time-to-productivity.
We specialise in hospitality, food services, construction, logistics, agriculture, aged care, and general labour. Our candidate pool is pre-screened for language proficiency, experience, and cultural fit to your organisation's requirements.
Yes. Our licensed immigration consultants and lawyers manage the entire visa compliance chain, from Job Check applications in New Zealand to LMIA-exempt work permits in Canada. We keep employers compliant with changing immigration regulations.
Employer fees are structured per successful placement or as a retainer for high-volume hiring. Fees vary by role seniority, visa complexity, and country corridor. We provide a detailed commercial proposal after understanding your workforce requirements.
Every candidate undergoes a three-stage screening process: document verification, video interview, and reference checks. For Canada FMP, we additionally verify French CLB 5 proficiency. We only present candidates who meet your stated criteria.
Our SLA includes a replacement guarantee period. If a candidate resigns or is terminated for cause within the guarantee window, we source a replacement at no additional charge. Terms vary by agreement and are detailed in the commercial proposal.
